Despite his background with a degree in accounting, he fell in love with traditional coconut nectar drink. Spent close to 2 years in R&D to finally come up with artfully crafted brewing process. Finally left his accounting career to open his own brewery, focused on the highest quality products. He has been overseeing the day to day operations of the brewery from recipe & product development to quality management.
